Optricity offers convenient, low-cost training services to allow participants to get comfortable with our software in less than a week. Training can take place on site or at our training facility.

OptiSlots DC™ User Training is designed for Associates who will use OptiSlot DC for daily activities including, but not limited to, slotting of new items, seasonal optimizations, and minor reslots of isolated areas of the distribution center.

Optricity also offers Super User Training, which teaches more advanced OptiSlot configuration and one-time set-up, techniques for getting the most out of OptiSlot, what-if planning, and slotting strategies to improve warehouse slotting. User Training is a prerequisite for Super User Training. Users can complete OptiProfile™ training in less than two days. OptiProfile training is designed for Associates who perform capacity planning and/or facility layout and design work. OptiProfile allows for what-if planning for both designing new facilities and expanding and/or reworking existing facilities.
