COPPELL, TEXAS (August 2, 2006) – Blue Sky Logistics, Inc., a supply chain real-time visibility software company, and Optricity Corporation, a developer of supply chain optimization engines, have completed the integration of their two products for a joint offering that combines supply chain optimization with comprehensive executive visibility technology.  The new integrated product will be marketed by Blue Sky Logistics as Powered by Optricity™.

Last month, the two companies announced they had formed a partnership to collaborate on providing enhanced technology solutions for their customers.

By embedding Optricity’s Juncture Optimization™ engines into Blue Sky Logistics’ Insight™ executive decision dashboard, the companies can now not only alert customers to real-time pending issues and trends within their supply chains, but also solve complex optimization problems.

Optricity provides supply chain optimization engines and applications that solve complex algorithmic problems within the total realm of a company’s supply chain.  With the integration of Optricity’s dynamic slotting product as the first algorithmic solver engine within Blue Sky Logistics’ product as the supply chain visibility solution, the two companies now provide customers with a more comprehensive visibility and resolution application than has previously been available in the market.
